I meant to update this a while ago, but I have been doing way too many things recently. My lawsuit ended a while ago, but about a month ago the TrafficPowerSucks.com
lawsuit was ended. Thanks to all the people who donated to help me out.

This is a test of the Moveable Type exploit. Notice that the link above is NOT nofollowed as the rest of the external links on this domain are. If I were to set up a redirect pointing to this page, and then link to it from a third site, suddenly I would have a free backlink from SEOmoz... Cool, eh?
Congratulations Aaron. Interestingly enough, we were just served a lawsuit this week by the lawyer of a well-known NFL player. The NFL player had bought furniture from one of our clients. Our clients advertise on our website and we had posted the words 'Interior Design' on their page of our site. Since they're not licensed interior designers, that apparently is illegal in Texas. Because we had those 2 words on our clients' page of the site, the lawyer has served us a separate and distinct lawsuit for over $88,000 in damages related to the transaction his client had with our client. Yes, that's right, we had nothing to do with the original transaction. So, I'm wondering, what would you do? It's a very real lawsuit, so we have to fight it some way. I'm considering a Press Release to blow it wide open. What do you think?
Excellent news, Aaron! The whole thing fell apart for those assholes, and though it may have cost you a buttload in legal expenses, hopefully you turned the publicity into an even larger load of ca$h. Good for you!
Keep up the great work!
Congrats Aaron. I bet it feels good to put the whole thing behind you.
That's great to hear... they should work more on not sucking and less on lawsuits.
