Please consider to add "Google.mk" (Macedonia) in Rank Checker.

I currently have Rank Checker V 1.6.9 and when using for Google.uk shows "-" no matter what. I also tried to update the rankchecker to V 1.7.2 but it gave the following message

"Firefox could not install because: Invalid file hash (possible download corruption)
-261"

It should work if you update it. And there is documentation on troubleshooting on the download page.

I am still getting blank results back from Google. I have uninstalled and re-installed SEO Rank. I am currently running Firefox 3.6.3. I have cleared the database and set the delay to 4.

Can you think of other possible solutions to try?

It should work (and is for most people), but I can't offer any further suggestions other than what you have done already. Maybe repair the database? Maybe you have another computer you can use it on.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled teh new Rank Checker and still get blank results from Google.

I am having the same problem with the Google.com results as well. I have updated and then uninstalled/reinstalled, as well as updated all of my other tools.

No results, updated, tried reinstalling, cleared cookies and more. I'm using other programs untill this is fixed but I hate them all. Nothing compairs to your rank checker aaron.

I reinstalled both Firefox and the SEO toolbar. My Yahoo and Bing results are fine, but my Google results are all "-". Just letting you know.

Just installed it last night on new computer (downloaded yesterday, so assume it's the latest version) and only hyphens here too, on first run and subsequent tries.

Should work...does for me.

Maybe you can try to optimize database, then perhaps restart the browser and see if either of those help.

I've been using the Firefox Rank Checker plug-in for about a month now and can't imagine how I lived without it before. Here's the question - are there any plans to add the ability to incorporate multiple results?

As it stands right now, if a phrase is showing up on the 1st page of Google, I have to manually check those to see if there's a 2nd page showing up in the results for that phrase, either as an indented entry or otherwise.

We may eventually offer such a feature...but do not have it planned in the next release Alan.

Love the tool. Use it ALL THE TIME. I am having a problem, though, as I just updated Firefox, and now Rank checker won't give me Google data. I am not certain the update is the problem, but it seemed that way. I have uninstalled all the SEO tools, including rank checker, and reinstalled them. I have optimized the database. I have erased the database. I have restarted firefox many times. Nothing.

Help please?

Also, the rank checker opens larger than my screen size for some reason and I can't even see the button to close it. I have to hot-key it to close every time. Is there a way I can re-size the default so that it isn't so large??

When I check ranking Google is showing this after some of the website address for keywords to do with a website.

That is a bug based on a different search result format impacting a small # of people. If it starts to spread more then we will troubleshoot it and fix it.

I tried the tool with differents french keywords/website and I have noticed that it gets only the english, result no matter what country TLD is selected.

My result after selecting google.fr correspond to result from http://www.google.fr/webhp?hl=en and not from http://www.google.fr/webhp?hl=fr which would give more accurate result for a website that is targetting France.

Selecting the language would be a great addition for the tool.

Hi all. Yesterday I installed RankChecker tool, together with SEO for Firefox and SEO Toolbar. I just can't get any results from rankchecker out-of-the-box, just hyphens everywhere. I am using Google.com, Google.es, Yahoo and Bing as search engines. Tried to Optimize and empty the database, but got no results either.

I'm wondering if Google and the other search engines may have banned my IP. Yesterday I tested the new SEO tools browsing pages for about an hour with all SEO complements on. Coould this be the reason for RankChecker not working?

Hi Aaron! I've been using Rank Checker for over 3 years as a supplemental ranking tool, especially when I'm in a pinch. I love love love it and I'm not really sure how to continue my work in SEO without it! ;-)

I just got a new PC and I've tried installing the plugin on Firefox 3.6.13, 4.1 and 5.1 to no avail. I've clicked the download link on a couple of different places on SEOBook and I keep getting a compatibility error. Any ideas?

Hi Aaron. Love the tool and use it religiously. I just started using a new PC however and cannot access my old data. Is there way to import my KW lists, historical data etc. onto this new PC? Thanks!
