Have fun - only ever been to Amsterdam at the airport before flying out again - but it's certainly on my list of cities to visit.

A friend has been many times and says it is just a great place to walk around - lots of museums, bars, cafes (cough) - even the red light district is 'interesting' to walk through.

So have a great time and relax while offline - but will you really be able to resist going online...? ;)

I am not surprised by the Beer offers Aaron. When I visited Germany (Dortmund & Dusseldorf), it was interesting to see a lot of people just standing outside the old bars drinking beer. I guess it's the "ritual" there.
