Aaron, I love your book and have recommended it to many. One thing I should inform you of however: Your reference to V7 Inc. being a good hosting company is bogus. They might be strong on the technology side, but their support is extremely weak. I took your recommendation and set up a new client with them. They don't return phone calls or emails. Sounds like one guy runs the whole operation given the unprofessional recorded voice message that always picks up when you call. I just signed up another client with Dream Host, and these guys seem to be the better recommendation so far. I'd scrap V7 though, because this referral hurts your credibility.

Glad you liked my ebook. Sorry about V7 not working out well for you. I know the owner and talk to him daily and perhaps I get better customer service than most because I know him. I will alert him to this comment though and will see what he has to say about it.

At the top of their support page they link into a support forum within a webmaster community where I moderate. The questions there usually get answered quickly.

Based on your comment I will probably remove the V7 recommendation from my ebook, but they have provided nothing but top notch service for me so far.

I emailed the fellow and inquired about it, and I guess he called and got the voice mail, which does happen at times. All I could do was to refund the monies paid and hope it doesn't happen again.
