I have been around website development since 1994 - Mostly started as a hack, throwing together image based websites for friends as I learned more about html. Suddenly, as the internet grew into what you see today, several small businesses and ultimately, larger business associates needed help as well.
I feel my understanding of SEO is strong, applying all the principles can however be challenging at times. :-)
My wife and I both left the corporate world in 2001 to pursue our dream of being self employed, and we continue to do so today. Our website design business has been stalled out, so we can stay small and only serve our existing contract customers of 6 accounts. We also enjoy working in the affiliate marketing web sphere, and currently own more than 600 domains that we are slowly building content based affiliate sites on.
