Biography

Coastal Classic Creations is a husband and wife, independently-owned business founded in 2001, which was created out of a need for us to find pure and wholesome products for our family to use. We had tired of having medicine cabinets overflowing with jars and bottles of half-used, dissatisfying products. We wanted a gentle soap that would last longer than most and would not irritate our skin. We wanted body care products that provided moisture for our skin without the hidden chemicals. We wanted to use products that would be environmentally safe. We wanted products that were absolutely cruelty-free. Using our backgrounds in science and education and after many hours of research, we found that the simpler the ingredients, the more wholesome the products. We searched for suppliers who could help us, created our own products, emptied the medicine cabinets, and started Coastal Classic Creations.

With a basket full of soap and a vision, Coastal Classic Creations has grown from two molds and four fragrances to over 250 thematic molds and 40 fragrances. We have also expanded our company to include a full spa line, face, foot, hand, and body care, perfume, cosmetics, and much more.

Our ingredient labels accurately reflect the product content. So many products today are labeled "organic" or "natural", and many consumers are confused as to what that truly means. For this reason, we have kept our labeling simple, clear, and concise. We make every effort to use environmentally friendly packaging and have located suppliers who are dedicated both to our mission and to sharing our philosophy on protecting the creatures who inhabit our fragile world.

All of our products are made in Montara, California.
