Linking to Snap...
Apparently my earlier post announcing SNAP did not go along with their TOS. Bloggers became aware of the deep linking terms of service and they became pissed off (Cory Doctorow = cool).
The SNAP terms of service quickly lost the anti deep linking policy...gotta love that they are listening to feedback. One wonders how they ever even slipped up with that link policy with a business model based on transparency.

I'm fascinated with the Google Print concept! I looked at the info, but I'm not clear yet...can the book be purchased throught Google, especially if it's an ebook, or is that all up to the book seller?
no, Google offers links to third party book sellers though.
Do you think some lawyer could actually come up with a sufficient case to control website linkage? Imagine the implications if one did...
