Andy (SearchEngineLowdown) was just changing servers so the link randomly appeared broken to some people some of the time.
I just wanted to let you know the URL at http://www.searchenginelowdown.com/2004/06/exclusive-ask-jeeves-introduc... you mention in your pst results in a 404.
