Both are easy... nuclear power is much more boring though as you can not see or feel the feedback loops other than on some stupid panel or display.
As a former nuclear reactor operator I find it fascinating to see this page as one of the most rapidly spreading ideas on the web.
What in the hell does that page have to do with SEO?
A bunch. It does not matter that her pages are structured improperly and have bunk titles. It does not matter that her site is hosted on a free host. Her site is still getting a ton of distribution.
How Did She do It?
She has an interesting idea worth spreading. Her broken english and the story of CHERNOBYL are exeptionally powerful at painting human emotions. One or two bloggers found it and the idea spread. Ideas that spread win.
I would also bet that her page ends up with a PageRank of at least 5 within a month or so. If she wanted to use that PageRank to support her motorcycle club she could.
How Can My Ideas Spread?
Most sites can add free extras or use an external site which is an authoritative topical hub to gain link popularity. The web is just a big happy (or not so happy) social network.
Think of your topic from one level up or from a different perspective. Why should competitors or fans of your topic link to you? Why should college professors link to you? If you can find out good answers to these questions you are likely on your way to success.

I guess the site couldn't handle the attention it got. The free host took it offline.
